Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS, for short) is a not-for-profit organisation that is committed to increasing diversity in sports business.

We’re a powerful community of sports business professionals from diverse backgrounds and also run an annual mentoring programme to nurture talent from black, Asian and other underrepresented minority communities.
